I answered and the caller was busy talking to someone so I sat and listened. I could not understand him, but right before he hung up he said "I live in a half-way house". I'm assuming this is a telemarketer calling.

Looks like the scammers have found a new set of numbers for us to block. This number showed up on caller ID 3/9/2016 at 1:46 PM with CALIFORNIA where a name should be and before phone stopped ringing a second call at 1:47 PM from 657-220-1616 called with phone number replacing name on caller ID. I did not answer and no message was left.
