Who called from 9512565386

This unknown number called my home phone 1:17PM on 11/28/2015 with ONE MAIN ,showing on caller ID. I answered phone on fourth ring only to hear a dial tone.

Called back and got an answering machine. All of their representatives were busy. CLEAN ENERGY ALLIANCE. Some sort of solar panel/energy conservation company.

Called left no message. Blocked

The jerk on the phone was leaving a message, all I could hear was like rustling of paper, then the creep whispered " Welcome to hell"  Boy they really get pissed when you don't answer the phone. Pretty pathetic.

Yes this number  also called my home many times .This needs to stop  .there should be some kind of law.
