First?  Called after 7:00pm, no msg left

Called again, this time CID says Hemet, CA.  No msg left

Called 2/24 7:08 pm.  Still no msg left

Called my cell phone at 7:42 PM. Phone rang twice and hung up. Only says California, but I know this is a Riverside County area code.

Received a call from this number and it was a male caller doing a automobile insurance survey. However, throughout​ the conversation for a quick moment there was a very loud static or buzzed sound and he laughed about saying it was his phone.i found this very weird!
