I got this same message today and he called my friend .

I guess this number is still at it. I answered the phone, was a woman that was trying to sound like a child, kept saying hello hello who's this who's this, very obnoxious. Anyway I just hung up, googled, found all this spam relating back to that phone number. Put it on your block list. People have too much time on their hands.

Asked if I was the one who hit their car and said that I left my number on the window

Called and said that I wasn't allowed back to the Chinese restaurant because I ate too much food!  I just laughed and he got mad! Bwahahaha!!!!....But then at the end, it said this was a joke call.  So weird and stupid!
