Called twice - left no message - I returned the call and message said "to be put on do not call list, press 2)

Called twice but left no voice messages. So I called back and an answering machine kicked in to press 1 to speak to customer service, etc. Caller did not identify company and speaker has a foreign accent. Phone blocked.

Called and hung up.....annoying
