Caller knew my name and when I acknowledged he hung up.  Blocked!

scamemrs called; didn't answer it and blocked this number from future calling.

This number appears on my home phone caller ID calling at 12:21 PM 6/20/2016 with BANNING CA in place of name. I do not answer any calls without a proper name and did not answer this call. No message was left.

[***] called claiming to be from edison and the state of california. I cussed him out real good. He called back and left a message that "i was a worthless human being"
