called me saying were taking me to court for a bank account that I was suppose to have made an unsecure loan with from Chase Bank, they had all of my personal information, scammer. Couldn't understand a word they said, or understand them the names they use are adam Spencer, Dexter Cruz and John, so be on the look out for these people.
They have been calling my work and my cell phone. Sometimes 15 times in a row. If I do not answer they leave threatening messages. They are going to get a message to my employer, they are going to have me arrested. They are going to continue calling everyone until I pay. They have the last 4 digits of my SS# and appear to have bank information from an old bank account. They say I have committed fraud but will not provide me with any other information. When I ask for this they hang up and then call back within a minute or 2. They have thick Indian accents, and you can barely understand them. I am filing a police report and a complaint with the FTC today.
They keep calling but they never say anything. When I do answer, they hang up, when I don't, they don't leave a message. Getting mighty tired of seeing it in my call log, I don't understand the point. They seem to just be wasting their own time and resources, whoever they are.
