They called from 877-300-7293 and identified themselves as "Upkeep Consultancy" and they are a Mediator to help collect debts for Alliance Online Payday Loans. I had never done an Online loan so was very confused but they had past employment and banking. They told me that I had defaulted on a loan back in "2012" and had 2 grievances against me but they could help be with a settlement on the debt. When I told them I had never had an online loan and I asked that they provide me with the info that they had including contact info for Alliance they refused to provide the info to me telling me that they were just the Mediator. When I asked how was I to resolve this if I didn't have the info she got rather aggressive with me telling me if it went to court I would have to pay 5 times more than the original debt. Thankfully found out it was a scam and my son called to tell them not to call any of us again and that we would be contacting the Attorney General Consumer Affairs...they hung up on him (LOL). My biggest concern is that they not only called me but they called my son's cell # and my mom's cell #. How do they get all of this info?

beth global services 888-240-0182 please call regarding a personal matter. I am not sure, but I think from previous post this is some kind of debt collector. I have no debt and pay cash for everything. So this is a scam caller. Will block, the call came from 951-281-0246
They did the same to me about a payday loan that I never got before, company name used was Global Services regarding a payday loan and I asked them to send me the info via certified mail and they straight hung up on me. Very disturbing that they have so much personal info and called my husband as well... Total scammers!!! I blocked the number from my phone....
They called me twice in a row and left two voicemails. I checked them and it was the same recorded message from a lady named "Beth" who had a personal matter to discuss. *rolls eyes* If it was a real debt collector, they would send you something in the mail first. This I know from an old hospital bill I had that I couldn't pay right away.
