I receive calls from this number and others out of Riverside about 10 times a month. They never leave a message and there is never anyone on the line when I answer. I am on the do-not-call list but that hasn't stopped these low-lifes from annoying me. I am on a limited income and am not interested in services not in my area. My daughter recently told me I can sue for this harassment, so I will be spending some time to find out who this is and also ask them a few questions.

These people are pretty busy. They also use 951 530 4255 and 951 824 1102. They call often, leave no message and display no company name. I block them. What reputable business hides their company name? Who would answer the phone for a business that blocks their company name? And who would do business with a business that blocks their company name? I suspect these people are just more solar scammers.
The option you heard was probably a trick to check and see if your number was to a person or not. I would not call back the number as it is a way of the telemarketers checking to see what numbers are good to keep calling.
