answered call but no one says anything even though I hear something in the background.

I get this call , no one says anything, so I call back and the machine had the guy who's name sounds like duggie, we called several times and then left him the message of laughter. I think it's an actual phone line to someone, but maybe a solicitor, not sure. I had no idea people can hack the phone by answering, thanks for the info here

Answered this call. Male caller trying to sell me cable service in spanish.
Sounded way to sketchy.
Never answer numbers you don't know. If it's important they will leave a voicemail.

Spoke Spanish then laughed and hung up. no idea who it is
