I picked up the phone and the woman said she was from the Energy Center and is was a notification call and she wanted information about my electric bill. I asked if it was a telemarketing call and she said, "No it is not. I can call back at another time."
Call several times a day and leave no message. Already have a solar home and do not need any information regarding solar electricity or solar hot water. No one ever on the other end. Pure annoyance.
