I got a call from this number. He started right away with the "Do you want to save you money on your energy" spiel. I told him I've gotten these calls from them before, and like before, I told him to remove me from their call list. He completely ignored me and kept talking. The conversation got heated. He claimed to be the manager. He was rude, insulting and completely unprofessional. He claimed to be from the Riverside Clean Energy Center. He referred me to Gosolarcalifornia.ca.gov...I called them and they know nothing of this telemarketer. The telemarketer turned out be a little punk [***]! I told him to hold and I set the phone down...I intended to leave him on hold, but he apparently knew my ploy to leave him on hold (I'm sure from experience), so he hung up. I blocked number and made a complaint on the National Do Not Call Registry and with the FCC.
Derrick's post on FEB 27th has good info. Thanks, Derrick!
Someone from this number identifying himself as Don Oakes called but would not let me know what he wanted. He was asking for a family member who does not use this phone. I would not release the information and he would not tell me who he represented. He was very rude on the phone when I tried to get information from him then hung up. I also have a do not call on my phone for solicitors.
They have called me daily harassing me looking for a "Ms. Peterson", when I explain they have the wrong number they demand to speak to a "Travis". multiple times I have explained to them that I do not know who these people are and to remove me from any call lists I am on. So today when I answered and I again explained that I do not know these people the man told me that he will continue to call me everyday until I allow him to speak to them... seriously....
I, too, have been receiving several calls from this number. I also think they are using more than the numbers listed here, possibly 951-704-7385 (which also calls often, but I have not answered it). Very annoying.
