Same thing, had a missed call from +1 951-345-6599, called back, message said voicemail full or unavailable and could not leave a message the abruptly disconnected. I called back about 30 min later and I stated I had a missed call from their number and she abruptly said "wrong number" then hung up on me. I don't know who or what or why they called my phone, but its very rude and disrespectful.
