Scammer - Do not answer - block caller.

The spammer did not realize the call was routed to a mailbox.  Based on the discussion and background noise this came from a call center.

Must be a new number for the same old scammers. This number shows as calling my home phone at 9:10 AM this morning 8/19/2016 with HEMET CA shown as name. I did not answer and caller left no message all signs of a call to be avoided and new number to block!
