Called my cell phone today at 11:11 am, which is obviously a violation of the DNC rules. I also got a call today from 562-282-9806. From the comments here, both appear to be solar scammers. Both are now blocked in my phone.
Caller identified herself as "Alex" (had an accent, but I couldn't determine if this call was from overseas, didn't sound like the typical Indian accent from the usual overseas calls), and she asked if I was the homeonwer and if I was receiving any discounts on my energy bill, and if so, what were they. She was polite, but quickly ended call when I mentioned I had solar. Hoping they noted that I already had solar, and will not call again, but probably unlikely. Caller ID showed Nuevo, CA. As usual, she did not provide me with the name of her company, which always makes me suspicious. Strong boiler room noise in background.
