I swear this is related to enter Pechanga's contests on their facebook and Instagram pages because I get the same recording that sounds like a real person saying, "oops! I couldn't hear you..." yadda yadda... 2 to 3 days after every single contest entry, no matter which phone number I use. I've tested this theory by taking note of which number I used last.
