951-381-3107 this number managed to not show up on my call log but was able to leave a message, but around the same time a number appearing to be from Mexico +52 777 168 7309 also showed up as a missed call. I think this 951 number spoofed the Mexico country code and number probably due to my last name. I used to be like most people in this thread, block the number and hope they don't call from a different number now I have a "pirate" based service that automatically answers these calls and hopefully wastes the time of these pointless call centers. At worst their robo dialer does not leave a message, at best their agents are fooled into talking to the "pirate" system.
