Who called from 9513813257

CID was CALIFORNIA.   All such calls are blocked but the irritation remains!

Caller ID = "CALIFORNIA," which is suspect. I answered, nobody was there. This qualifies as a prank call.

It rang once, and I picked up, then it immediately disconnected. It rang a second time, I picked up, then a man's voice said, "are you there?" I said, "Yes, this is Whisper." He said, "My name is Ray Castance." I could sense something was amiss, so I decided to stay quiet for a moment. He said, "Are you there?" I then hung up. Definitely felt strange.
