Has called my cell six times over the a months time. No message left...

Called, but leaves no message.

Calls often; no message.   Return calls get busy/trouble signal.  Irritating.

Very quietly Says my name then says can you hear me? Think it may be one those calls try to get you to say yes

I blocked this # & still get daily calls.
