This number just called and before I said hello I heard a girl already talking. She said "hello this is Ashley...." and as soon as I said hello she stopped short. I said hello repeatedly and could hear background noise. She hung up on me.

A women was on the other end with some auto insurance trying to send a free quote. I said no she kept talking and then the call was cut off in the middle of her talk.
