Who called from 9513876298

The caller i.d. said, simply, "Local."  Well, that area code isn't local to where I reside.

But the annoying part, of course, is that the caller listens to my entire outgoing message, and THEN hangs up.

Caller ID says Daniel Serrano.  Another spoofed number. I bet if I called the number back, it'll say 'not in service'.   BLOCKED!!!!!

9:42 AM - didn't answer, no message left. Now blocked.

Caller ID = Local
