I answered - got the usual hesitation, then click & noise before a salesman picked up. Indicated it was a robocall selling solar or some similar energy product.

Don't know who this is.  Did not leave message.  Am on Do Not Call list.

Asked if I was making home improvements in the next year, said they were with some county program. Second time they've called. I may mess with them next time if I have more time.

I've had 5 calls in the last month from this # but I didn't answer
