I am a receptionist and I get this number EVERYDAY and I get it about 5 times a night at work and today that same number called my cell phone!! Doesn't say anything when you answer and says this survey is closed when you call back. Continues to call after you take yourself off the call list.
Got a call from this number (one of many different ones they use) I NEVER pick up..This time they left me a 3 minute "Silent Voice Mail"!!!..So irrating..
I just got a call and since I expected call from 951 ... I said hello twice and she said "sorry my headset was off and then it was recording I think as I could not stop her .. said I stayed at their resort ... did not ....Hung up.... I have to answer cuz Kaiser calls me from various numbers including 951 .. If I don't answer too hard to get back .. I'm awaiting important info
