CID said "Elite Home Ener" so I knew it was likely for solar. I answered and heard the usual pause/noise of a robocall. Man asked for me by name, then began sales pitch saying he was following up on a notification mailed recently regarding a program in city of Temecula. I told him that even if I had received such a notice, I would have trashed it without looking at it (equally unlikely to respond to either form of spam) and then I hung up.
I am considering roofing/solar work and have even contacted a local outfit (which is why I answered) but would never use someone who makes contact via telemarketing call.
