Out of State call to a DO NOT CALL Cell #. I don't owe any bills anywhere - QUIT CALLING ME!

Did the same to me 2 times now. I am starting to think it's someone trying to see if I am home.

Called my cell phone (which IS on both my state and the federal Do Not Call Lists) let it ring a couple times and hung up without leaving a message. When I came here and found this same thing happening to others I simple blocked the number.
