This number called my pay as you go cell phone in California at 7:50 PM 5/17/2017. 951 area code in in CA yet this number seems to be registered according to reverse Whitepages in McAllen TX which makes this appear to be fraudulent. I did not answer call and caller left no message again signs of scam and or fraud.
