Called today 12:20PM. Said nothing after I said Hello twice I hung up. Caller ID said SERVICE. They must have a new number because same ID has called before - annoying telemarketer. Blocked this number also.
Called today 12:20PM. Said nothing after I said Hello twice I hung up. Caller ID said SERVICE. They must have a new number because same ID has called before - annoying telemarketer. Blocked this number also.
Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Service" which usually means telemarketer/scammer since I didn't call for any kind of service. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of Corona, California with 2 service providers of Sprint Communications Co. L.P.-CA and LEVEL 3 Communications LLC-CA, which is a favored by scammers since they sell Voip systems. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing numbers and/or using a VoIP System to phish for personal information while running some scam. A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.
