Who called from 9515527700

Keep getting calls from this number about fraud investigation "Heather Grey", but when you call number there's no ringing..dead silence.

This number, once called, says it is the IRS and informs you of the need for a criminal attorney, since you have supposedly committed a crime.  I immediately disconnected the call. I plan to report this number to the IRS.

Says to call hannah grey with the internal revenue service.

Same as above...says to call Heather Gray with the IRS from a really bad recording. Called back twice with no answer and then a disconnect.
