The IRS does not threaten arrest.
The IRS does not demand immediate payment over the phone.
The IRS does not ask for Credit card, Debit card, or prepaid money card information, at all.
It is a scam ran by offshore criminals attempting to trick you into sending them money.

This is a poorly recorded message that pertains to the IRS scam that is going around. When calling back they try to tell you that they are the IRS and you owe money. If you do not pay you will be arrested or sued. THIS IS A SCAM!! The IRS will NEVER call! They send their correspondence through the mail. Please also be aware for this same scam going around in email. Again, the IRS DOES NOT CALL OR EMAIL! They correspond by sending regular usps mail.
