The creepy pasta and the original owner of that number has a way of having calls to the number be transferred to I guess an answering machine in California but truthfully SCP It is a national NGO with its headquarters based in Delhi India, and it woks in the feilds of health, Computer education and human rights, while its target populations is the underprivileged sections of society and fixing rual areas also focusing on prosperity of women and children in India.
