Called Feb 18. I answered and was told it was the Calif Energy Initiative (I think). I said I wasn't interested and ended call. So, most likely another solar scam. I don't believe any legitimate business would do calls this way.
Someone who can make caller ID show this number called my home phone at 12:50 PM 2/17/2016 with CALIFORNIA in place of company name showing on caller ID. I never answer calls that show a state in place of the company name and caller left no message.
