This number shows up yet again on my home phone caller ID calling at 11:41 AM 4/27/2016 with CALIFORNIA again shown as name. Again I refuse to answer a call with no proper name listed and caller left no message. To bad we can not get together and file a class action suite against these scammers and the phone company or internet provider that allows them to continue this scam.
I receive calls from this number and others associated re: energy programs. I told the caller i want interested and not to call again. I asked for a supervisor, he said he was and he cant guarantee not calling again. Then he became argumentative and threatening so, I'm make a police report.
Three calls from this number in the last 25 minutes. They never leave a message when I do not answer so on the third call I answered only to hear dead air. These people are abusing the phone system and need to be stopped NOW!
