When these people call, just listen to their spiel and then set up a meeting with them.  Just give them a bogus address and don't show up.  They'll get the message.

Same as above.  I said hello a few times.  I could tell someone was on the line but they didn't speak so I hung up.  Caller ID said CUIAB.

Caller asks for our residence and hangs up.

The person was super rude and keeps prank calling after I asked him to not call here anymore
