I got a call from this number but the person wouldn't speak to my machine. The caller id said 'Out of Area'. A reverse trace was blocked which no surprise. Two locations came up where the call was originated from but they both used the same service provider - Metro PCS Networks, LLC from Riverside and Santa Fe Springs, California. Definitely a scammer caller probably using a spoofed number or a voip system and some sort of blocking technology to block their identity and address. Anyone who hides their id and location is a scammer, no legitimate business hides or blocks their id and location.
Block this number and report them to the FTC, FCC, State Attorney General so there is a record of its usage. It's time to make the phone companies responsible for selling numbers to these people.
