You must get a call blocker software like "Call Control" website: www.everycaller.com to get a call blocker for both your landline and your cell phones. Call Control work very well because its using a community data to block these number without you program the numbers 1/2 of the time. Please buy to stop a**holes like Enver Energy from scamming.
How can these people use a number that is no longer in service ?? I called back to see who was calling. I received a recorded message that stated this # was no longer in service.

This number appears on my home phone caller ID calling at 11:39 AM in 8/20/2016 with Out of area in place of name. When a local call shows Out of area there is no way possible I will ever answer call. Caller left no message. Looks like a new number than needs to be blocked!
