This is a debt collector not just any debt collector a zombie debt collector meaning your statue of limitations expired long ago some many years and yet they are harassing you it is not legal.They use bogus#s to call you a prison a funding company ect they need info from you to try to collect do not give them any and please turn them in to D.A.,Congressman,F.B.I. Trade commision only we together will stop them and send them to prison
I wasn't aware that a statue could expire. What happens when it does, the marble melts away? Or were you talking about the law called a statute of limitations? The one that varies by state and regulates the length of time they can sue you, not the length of time they have to collect on the debt. Considering that you failed to name them it will be hard to turn them into anyone, let alone the three people you mentioned that have noting to do with enforcing laws against debt collectors.
