Who called from 9517499551

This number keeps calling and never leaves a message.  If I pick up it just hangs up.

They want you to do a survey. When they called my home they asked for the wrong person.They
called around 6:00 pm

I received a call from 951-749-9551 SSI and a man asked me if there were any male voters. I replied not at this time and he hung up.
Note: the man sounded as if he was training, he did not sound confident in asking the question and he stumbled on a word.

Got the call from 951-749-9551 SSI, when i called it back it was a survey company..... what happened to the do not call??????

Called four times from this number and 951-602-1861.
