Received a call from "Card Services" from the number listed wanting to reduce my debt (heard it before) so ok, pressed 1 to talk to a person, the lady asked if I was responding to reduce my credit, ok. asked if I paid on time or kept a balance, I said always pay on time and I don't keep a balance. CLICK she hung up. number blocked. "Card Services" is listed on the back of your credit cards, always call them, never respond to calls from an automated service. always contact the issuing bank and credit card company.
