they help with debt consolidation. I message said I spoke with them in the past. I don't remember them.

They called me aswell. They said I spoke with them in the past but I don't recall ever talking with them. Sounds like a telemarketer.

They said they were following up on a recent telephone call. Maybe their recent phone call because I've never called them

I was speaking with a HOPE counselor about a loan modification and was told that one of their counselors would be in touch with me, it is legitimate as she is emailing a loan mod package paperwork.
