Called asking to speak to shipping supplies mngr, when I said it was me he was like oh I thought it was Bob (our semi retired owner) and I was instantly on the defense but listened and sure enough they were even offering a cooler to me and oh do you still use a particular type of packing tape and we'll get it sent to you. I said nope we don't do business with you and take me off your list!
