This creep called me and identified himself as don from energy efficient, i told him i don't want solar and that i am on the do not call list and not to call me again. He called me a liar and said again you are a liar i hope he chokes

This number called my home phone at 1:33 PM on 9/6/2016. Caller ID showed VOIP CALLER in place of name so I did not answer and caller ended call after third ring so answering machine was not triggered.

Telemarketer. Said I qualify for a home energy assessment due to the recent overcharges by the local utilities.

Low quality lead generator / telemarketer selling solar panels.  Caller called my DNC registered cell phone.

Called and hung up leaving no message
