This robocaller continues on a crazy roll this month. The company is Portfolio Recovery, a debt-collecting company that buys written-off debt from banks, retailers, etc., for pennies on the dollar. They get their customers' phone numbers (which often are no longer even valid) and try to browbeat people they call into paying on debts that may or may not be true. Also, when Portfolio is on the case, such debts are long past being legally collectible. Over the past three years, Portfolio has used an array of about 33 different numbers in various Area Codes to harass people, but in December (so far), they have added several numbers to their repertoire. Remember, too: They call from 8:15 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week, all year long. (Any call-blocking service automatically intercepts all Portfolio calls, thankfully.) Today was a first with this number, and they have added 10 other new numbers this month. The numbers that Portfolio uses now totals 43:

Yep. the review here is correct. Portfolio Recovery. They keep calling our office for a past tenant that has not been around for three years... Block em and send them some paperwork if needed...
They call constantly under various numbers. I'm done blocking....as my phone blocks 250 numbers and they seem to have as many numbers as they want. I just don't answer any number that is not in my call list. I have no idea how they got my number or why they keep calling!!! Very annoying....and I know that's exactly their point...to annoy!!
