I called this number in response to a message that was left by The JDI Group and talked to one of their representatives about my auto loan that I had defaulted on a few years ago. I owed them a large amount and they made me a settlement for a fair price, and actually helped me restore my credit. They were unlike a lot of collection type business's they actually listened to my situation and were willing to help me.
These are the same clowns that called and left nasty (Automated!!) messages and acted like a bunch of hoods when attempting to “scare” me to make payments on a debt LONG SINCE DEAD. I am happy to see that they are using a new number and that they themselves took the time to get online and post joyful things about calling back these compassionate tender people…

Call the FTC and the Attorney General for CA and your state and file a complaint. I have done so and I will continue to push every avenue I have available at my disposal until collection agencies like this are hunted down and crushed like the insects they are.
“We will send a sheriff to arrest you!” – “We will garnish all your wages!!” – ETC ETC..
Meaningless and despirate posturing from someone that can’t really do anything..
Ask them for an address.. They will NOT give it! Why is that?
And so how did you pay on your old HUGE car loan there Sheila?? Long since defaulted, (And seeing that this post was just 3 days ago I am sure you credit has become instantly sparkling and wondrous!) and all of this can be yours without a mailing address?? Interesting…
