Who called from 9518972897

I just got a call from this number but no message was left. Don't know who this is.

Call rec'd 10-4-2016 and blocked as a scammer.

I answered the call by mistake.  It's a recording letting me know that I'm the lucky one whose home has been selected as the new model home to receive their solar panels.

Received call it rang twice and they hung up

3rd attempt by caller, 3x dumped 3x no message left. Shows as JM Construction but it's a non active Corp that has a mile long list of owners, officers. Scammer or shady entity . Either way I don't know who they are therefor it's bogus
