Did not answer and they left no message.  The call came right after one of the two ring hang ups from another number that I suspect was a "scout" call from a bot for working phone numbers.  I get 6-8 scam calls a day and am so sick of this.  The do not call registry is useless and I suspect they farm numbers from that as well.
