At 1:11 PM on 1/21/2017 my home phone rang but because caller ID read Out of area in place of a name I did not answer and when machine did caller left no message. All of the signs of a scam call!

Left no msg.Caller ID "Out of Area", Since it is in my area, I googled it and found that
spydialer says "PEG" is the possible owner of this number and has had it for 3 mos & it is a landline. I'm blocking.
This number called my home phone again 6/6/2017 at 1:13 PM with Out of area shown as name on caller ID and I again did not answer and caller left no message.
