Caller ID: UNKNOWN NUMBER Machine answered and usual "Public Utility Commission" solar recording came on. They keep changing their number to circumvent our blockers.
this number started calling last week. hangs up when it reaches our machine...which it always will since we can't answer our phone any mre thanks to these idiots.
in 2015 this was the # for the "share program" in riverside co. it still says "riverside county" on the id, but i'm guessing it's spoofed.
