Who called from 9522112563

It's 8:30pm and I got a call from this number AGAIN!  This is the third time they have called, and it is the same every time...  I answer, silence, I say "hello. hello.", silence, then they hang up.  I try to call back only to get a disconnected number notice.

Clearly some sort of scammer in my opinion.

I have received numerous calls from this number - all hangups when answered

I just received a second call this morning.  After a silent pause, a man came on the line and identified himself as "The Fraternal Order of Police."  Almost everyone believes this is a scam collection company, that sends a miniscule portion of its income to somebody they call a charitable organization.

Same thing here, about 4-6 calls a day and can't call back as number shows up disconnected.....this is ridiculous!!!!!!!

Identified as Fraternal Order of Police (Minnesota ID and I live in Missouri).  He said only 30% was admin costs and 70% went to police.  I did not contribute.
