Didn't pick up.. Left a message to call back to a 1-800 number and nothing else(not even a name)

It traces back to a landline in Minnesota under the name Aerial communications.  If they call again I will report them as Wisconsin has a no call list to help get rid of these people.

Called on my cell phone.  Didn't leave a name or number.  Must not have been important.

man called left message saying from offices of CPC.  Possible debt collection
