I get numerous calls from this number. It's a recording, asking if I can hear him. Once you respond, it triggers the recording to continue. The voice asks if you are interested in some kind of government benefits. Best thing is to hang up and add the # to your list of blocked numbers. Scam.
Got a call from this number saying their records show that someone in our house has suffers from chronic pain. They also ask if I can hear them. My response was to ask who was calling and it just kept talking so hung up!
